A really fun art exercise

Random fact: if you google "art exercises" my blog is on the second page of results and I don't know why. I get lots of weird countries coming here, it's cool to see it on the visitor log thingy I have way down on my sidebar.

But today's exercise was to make picture using only one color. I used water colors to make these:




I am hoping to have enough sell-able paintings + odds and ends by the end of the month so I can show you guys something I've been working on for a few months. Now I have to clean this mess before Jake gets home :)
