For New Year's Eve, Jake and I are going to a tri-ward church party. I'll remember to bring my camera to that, and hopefully be able to document our ringing in the new year. :)

Christmas Wrap-Up
the Holiday has come and gone. It was my first "grown-up" holiday, and I do declare it a success! We had dinner, present exchanging and merry-making at Jake's parent's house. It was fun, loud, crowded and exciting. Jake and I each got a tennis racket (well, Jake got a tennis racket, I used one of our wedding gift cards to buy mine.) and some tennis balls. I also got a very nice shirt Nephew (Formerly Vacuum Boy) tried to convince me that all the gifts Niece #1 (Formerly: Little Sister) got were actually his. Jake's mom also made me a very cute stocking and filled it with candy and a cute little doll. She made me feel very welcome.

Hi Tracy, Glad you had a good first married Christmas. Do not have your Christmas stocking in VA with you????. We enjoyed the wedding pictures your parents gave us Christmas day. I have not been up to getting to Ritz to get my pictures...maybe after the first of the year. I did make it to church today for the whole three hours, first time since before Thanksgiving. Wow so many Georgetown collage kids home. It sure was nice to see them. Did you get the package Gramps mailed a week ago??? Love ya
